The transformation was nothing short of remarkable. Every element, from windows and doors to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and the roof, was replaced with modern, efficient systems. The entryway received a grand makeover, welcoming guests with a unique and inviting porch. But the heart of the renovation lay in the 600-square-foot family room, which was reborn as a haven for culinary creativity and laundry efficiency. Designed with entertaining in mind, the kitchen boasts custom cabinetry crafted to perfectly suit the homeowner's vision. Modifying interior retaining walls and stairs while simultaneously retrofitting the entire house for seismic stability demanded meticulous planning and execution.
